The purpose of this parenting group is to support and encourage parents who are alone in their challenge to raise healthy youngsters, and to deliberately move their children from parental control to self-control while remaining healthy, and happy themselves. The Single Parents and Kids (SPAK) group provides fun and friendly fun for single parents who want to make the most of the time with their children. This group was originally formed by Jenny Jones. Her intention was to provide a way for single parents to meet and support each other.
